As a long-time corporate employee, following suit is expected and rewarded by the “corporate gods”. Innovation, disruption and progress is never achieved through tweaks. As I change my course to truly follow my God-given purpose in life, of being a mom that is present vs. constantly distracted, while also building a wildly successful consulting practice requires daily internal renewal and focus.
